The invention relates to devices for receiving and reinfusion of a patient’s own blood, for example, during surgery. The aim of the invention is to simplify the design. The drawing shows a device for receiving and reinfusion of blood. The device consists of a reservoir 1, to which a suction head is connected through a suction line 2. In addition, the reservoir 1 can be connected to a vacuum source 4, for example, a vacuum pump, by means of a detachable vacuum-προ-ed water 3. The tank 1 comprises a rigid external container 5 and θ 2 raspolo- conjugated in its internal space 6. Hard deformable reservoir tank 5 to the ends of face comprises passage openings 7 or 8, which, depending on the transmission and vi- 25 extend at a certain distance. The reservoir 6, on the contrary, consists of a thin and easily folding or deformable polymer film, for example polyethylene. A device for receiving and reinfusion of blood works as follows. As a result of exposure to vacuum inside the deformable reservoir 6, the patient's blood is sucked into this reservoir. Due to the fact that the space 10 is also evacuated, deformation of the tank 6 does not occur and it retains, basically, the position shown in the drawing. If the deformable reservoir 6 and, therefore, the reservoir 5 are completely filled or all the existing blood accumulations are completely aspirated, then the suction line 2 is locked with a clamp, and instead of the vacuum conduit 3, the set of tools necessary for reinfusion under pressure with a pre-connected blood filter, connects to the corresponding connecting nipple 9. The needle of the set of instruments necessary for reinfusion under pressure is previously inserted into the blood vessel atsienta and fixed it. After that, the cover 12 is removed from the nozzle 11 or the connection with the vacuum source 4 is disconnected, and pressure line 13 is connected instead of it. Due to the adjustable supply of the working medium, for example compressed gas, into space 10, pressure can be applied to the deformable reservoir 6, which is appropriate acts on the blood contained in it and provides, depending on the pressure, the blood supply to the patient for a shorter or longer time. i.
